You’ve probably heard of the Radio Flyer and you’ve maybe seen the occasional Wonderfold Wagon – but, what are the most expensive stroller wagons on the market? And are they actually worth the extra money?
I’ll be the first to admit that I like to splurge when I’m feeling it. For example, I’m not necessarily ready to drop the extra three to four hundred on a Nuna and would rather stick with my Chicco, I did splurge on the original Nugget rather than the popular dupes.
Since it’s sometimes worth the splurge depending on who you are, there’s no shame in wanting the best of the best and that includes your stroller wagon.
Today we’ll be covering the most expensive stroller wagons around and if they’re worth the splurge. Or rather, if YOU think they’re worth the splurge. I’ll give my personal opinion as both an affordable wagon owner and luxury stroller wagon owner, but ultimately it’s up to you if this higher-level version is what you need or if its features won’t benefit your family as much as the next (or are not quite worth the extra $100).
I’m including both 2-seater and 4-seater stroller wagons on the list, there just aren’t enough four-seaters around to make something really good. Rather I’m listing their 2-seater version and listing when they offer a 4-seater in the same style. If you’re not looking in a specific price range but you do need a four-seater wagon for your kids, I highly recommend checking out my related list of the best four-seater stroller wagons.

The Most Expensive Stroller Wagons You Can Buy Online
There really are not too many brands of stroller wagons available, but the wagon versions are nearly unlimited. There are basic models, luxury models, outdoorsy models, and pretty much any model designed for anything. To qualify for this specific list, I looked at price and features. I really wanted to include wagons that consider themselves a luxury, this typically included way more features and a little more effort into design and aesthetic.
I’ll cover a few things about each wagon, their current MSRP, and some features, and share my thoughts and opinions – which are solely MY thoughts and opinions
I highly recommend you form your own based on what you think is best for YOU and your family. Now, let’s dive in and look at the most expensive stroller wagons available:
#1. Radio Flyer Voya Stroller Wagon: Premium 2-Kid Stroller Wagon

You can claim that Radio Flyer doesn’t have a spot on this list but I think they definitely deserve it for their version of luxury. This Radio Flyer Voya Stroller Wagon: Premium 2-Kid Stroller Wagon MSRPs for $399.99, a huge leap from their OG wagon prices and styles.
While this wagon doesn’t offer lifted seats like the Wonderfold and Keenz, it does offer a footwell for additional feet space (no toddlers kicking for extra room, or at least, not as much). It also comes with a child snack tray with cupholders, extra storage, double canopies, parent cupholders, 5-point safety harnesses, an adjustable pull-push bar, and a pull handle.
In my opinion, this is a great affordable luxury option. I won’t lie and say that it really competes with some of the others, but it is truly a nice ride. You won’t need to splurge on the extras, as they’re already included, and having plenty of space and storage is a must.
I’m not a huge fan of footwells as they’re hard to clean BUT I do think it’s better than both kids sitting on the bottom of the wagon with no feet space.
#2. The Joey Wagon

Voted best wagon for travel, the Joey Wagon offers a sleek and compact design that’s perfect for weekend road trips and cross-country travels. This wagon MSRPs for $699 and boasts about it’s quality and it’s “smooth ride” for your little ones.
This wagon stroller doesn’t offer as much as the Voya, even at the higher price. It’s a two-seater stroller wagon that holds up to 55lbs per seat and 300lbs as a whole.
It also lacks the more popular 5-point harness, but does offer all-terrain wheels – a feature only most higher-level wagons offer. You do get a removable snack tray, cup holder, and one extendable canopy. Like the Voya, the Joey Wagon offers a footwell rather than lifted seats.
In my opinion, this wagon is not for everyone. If you’re looking for a nice stroller wagon to take to the zoo or around your neighborhood for your daily walk – this ain’t it.
This wagon is specifically meant for travel or frequent trips, rather than focusing on comfort for your littles, they focused on ease of use. For example, it has the one-handed seat fold down and it’s quite lighter than most models by weighing in at 35lbs.
#3. Keenz XC Luxury Comfort Stroller Wagon

The first official luxury wagon option that offers both the two-seater and four-seater options, the Keenz XC Luxury Comfort Stroller Wagon is a personal favorite. While it MSRPs for $749.99 (2 passenger) and $849.99 (4 passenger), it’s still more affordable than the luxe version of the Wonderfold – and comes with more “add-ons.”
Keenz and Wonderfold are like Pepsi and Coke, most people tend to pick one over the other when they’re actually pretty similar when you’re a person who prefers something else, like Sprite.
Essentially, from an outsider’s point of view, they’re both great options. But, let’s just talk about the Keenz features for now – Wonderfold will come next.
The Keenz XC Luxury Comfort Stroller Wagon features a full canopy system with blackout panels and mesh sides for airflow, dual leather handlebars allowing you to push/pull from both directions, 4 wheel spring suspension, 5-point adjustable harnesses on both sides, and a LOT of storage options.
In my personal opinion, this is the best luxe option in this particular wagon style (soft sides, foldable frame, etc) while allowing you to still get that comfy ride and bonus features. Keenz carries a great reputation too, so you know you’re in great hands.
#4. Pronto Squared Two Seater Stroller Wagon

The Pronto Squared Two Seater Stroller Wagon, the second most expensive stroller wagon on this list. Actually, if you didn’t include our next wagon which is a special edition of a luxe wagon, this one would be the most expensive stroller wagon around. This stroller wagon MSRPs for $1,000 – wild, right?
But, like all luxury wagons, it does have its perks. This wagon comes with a full canopy, leather push handle, seat backs, and cup holders. You also get the deep footwell, machine-washable fabrics (unlike most other stroller wagons), all-terrain wheels, and a quick fold system.
Plus, if you’re a Nuna mama, it accepts select Nuna infant car seats – but the adapter is sold separately.
In my opinion, this is for a very specific person. It’s like a more expensive and better version of the Joey Wagon. It has a ton of storage and is a great ride, but like the others with a footwell, you can only get so comfortable and get it so clean.
I will say, this is one of the more aesthetically pleasing wagons and it comes in quite a few colors if you can find it in stock.
#5. Wonderfold Volkswagen Quad Stroller Wagon

The Wonderfold Volkswagen Quad Stroller Wagon is a Special Edition stroller wagon based that uses the luxe version of the Wonderfold as a base. While the original luxe model of this wagon offers both a 2-seater and 4-seater version, the special edition only comes as a quad and MSRPs for $1,599.
There are a lot of features with this wagon – one of which includes its functional VW headlights.
This wagon features raised seats, an adjustable handlebar, all-terrain wheels, a vegan leather handlebar cover, an adjustable canopy, reclining seats, zippered side mesh panels, and a 5-point harness. Plus, it’s super aesthetically pleasing.
I have a lot to say about Wonderfold wagons as a previous long-term owner of one, but most of my bad feelings wouldn’t have applied to this wagon because of the features it includes (you can watch my full breakdown of things I regretted about buying my Wonderfold here).
Wonderfold has pretty good quality and this is a unique look, so if you want to splurge this is the one for you!
And, if you want the features but you’re not dedicated to the look, you can buy their luxe model which MSRPs at $659 for a 2-seater or $899 for a 4-seater and you’ll get the magnetic harnesses – which are not included in the VW special edition.
How to Pick The Right Stroller Wagon for Your Family
Honestly, it comes down to your personal needs and your budget. For example, think about WHY you need a wagon – where are you going? What are you doing? How many kids are riding?
Then you’ll need to consider how much space you have to transport your wagon. How compact of a wagon do you need? Would you consider purchasing a wagon for occasional use and a more compact stroller for when you’re limited on space?
You also want to be happy with your purchase. What features are a must for you? Do you prefer storage or style? Do you want a push or pull handle? Do you want lifted seats or a foot-well?
These are all quick questions you can ask yourself when shopping through the most expensive stroller wagons available.
That’s all for today! What did you think of our list? Are you surprised by some of the wagon prices when compared to others? Which stroller wagon do you prefer? Let us know in the comments below!
